FX Division Head

Hybrid (3x a week RTO) | Day Shift | Makati City

Key Responsibilities

• Business Strategy & P&L: Drive ForEx growth, revenue, and profitability across channels by setting strategy, pricing, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Trading Operations & Risk Management: Lead buy/sell trading activities, formulate market strategies, manage currency risk/exposure, and ensure alignment with regulatory standards.
• Partnership & Business Development: Expand client and partner networks, negotiate terms, manage institutional relationships, and oversee partner compliance (KYC/AML).
• Team Leadership & Division Management: Direct department operations, set budgets, optimize productivity, and supervise staff performance and career development.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (Postgraduate degree or professional certifications preferred).
• Experience: 10+ years in ForEx trading, treasury operations, or financial markets, including 5+ years in management, customer service in financial services, and proven strategy execution.
• Knowledge & Skills: Expert in BSP regulations (MFCA, MORNBFI) and AMLA/KYC compliance for Foreign Exchange; proficient in MS Office; fluent in English and Filipino.
• Core & Job Competencies: Strategic leadership, P&L management, risk and compliance management, global market knowledge, relationship management, negotiation, and team coaching.
