FX Trade Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operational activities, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor transaction progress, identify discrepancies and coordinate timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate operational records and system data.
• Assist with account setup, data updates and routine operational controls.
• Liaise with internal teams and external service providers to resolve queries and support business operations.
• Build effective working relationships with relevant stakeholders.
• Investigate processing issues and support the resolution of financial discrepancies.
• Contribute to process improvements, operational projects and efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure activities are completed in line with internal procedures and agreed deadlines.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience

• At least one year of experience in financial services operations or a similar role.
• Basic understanding of financial transaction processing and operational controls.
• Experience working with business systems, databases or transaction processing tools is desirable.
• Relevant qualifications or equivalent practical experience.
