FX Trading Team Leader

About the role

Team Leader (FX Trading) in the Treasury Department, Financial Markets Division. Execute FX and derivative transactions in interbank market including Spot, Forward, Swap, IRS, and CCS while optimizing pricing and execution, managing market risk and profitability. Supervise and monitor FX trading team as a supervisor.

Key responsibilities

• Execute FX and derivative transactions in interbank market (Spot, Forward, Swap, IRS, and CCS) and optimize pricing and execution while managing market risk and profitability
• Maintain strong relationships with local and international counterparties
• Calculate and publish suitable counter rates for every applicable currency for clients
• Manage FX intraday and end day open position in compliance with BOT and HO regulation, and coordinate with Risk Management on position monitoring and limit utilization
• Deal with customers to provide information regarding treasury products
• Service and fulfil customers' needs of treasury services with good pricing while making profits for the bank
• Expand FX business to existing and prospected customers
• Supervise and monitor FX trading team
• Support new product development and system enhancement initiatives
• Maintain proper transaction documentation and audit trails and participate in internal and external audits as required

About you

• Bachelor or Master Degree
• 10-15 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of FX markets with thorough understanding of FX risks
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, presentation, and report-writing skills
• Familiarity with ISDA, CSA, regulatory requirement, and accounting implication of FX products
• Proficiency in Treasury dealing platforms and market information systems (Refinitiv, Bloomberg, electronic trading platforms, Microsoft Office)
• Strong leadership skills and able to work under pressure
• Treasury certificate
