培养模式：
- 专业技术培训
- 岗位实习&导师辅导
- 技术等级1级认证
- 学生在取得毕业证书后经公司技术等级认证，将被录用至分公司售后服务部维保技术员岗位。
任职条件:
- 2027届全日制应届毕业生
- 热爱电梯行业且愿意为电梯安全保驾护航
- 电梯、机电一体化、机械、电气等相关专业
- 通过电梯操作上岗证考试
- 吃苦耐劳、踏实
- 自我激励、诚信正直，学习能力出色
- 沟通能力强、有团队精神，并具备一定的抗压，解决问题及人际交往能力。
