G- EHS Executive (Compliance & Audit)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain ISO compliance, legal requirements, and objective tracking
• Conduct document review, updates, and controlled distribution
• Coordinate and support multiple audit types including ISO, DOE (third-party & direct), Customer, R2, DOSH, Bomba, Jabatan Farmasi, and TAPA Certification audits
• Manage clocking devices — collection, return, data download, and discrepancy analysis
• Monitor security guard performance and compliance
• Process vendor gate passes and property declaration forms
