G- Procurement Assistant (Bukit Minyak)

Responsibilities:

Liaise with transporters, custom agents, and customers to ensure timely clearance and collection of materials.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and efficient movement of materials
• Coordinate and gather all necessary documentation for the movement of materials (Commercial Invoice and Packing List, custom approval form and etc for tax exemption) and ensure all documents are distributed to appropriate or designated party.
• Monitor and manage collection, especially on committed arrival or departure dates.
• Prepare monthly collection monitoring reports for submission in a timely manner.
• Candidate with some invoicing/ sales support is an added advantage.
