该职位来源于猎聘 Your tasks As a team leader & project manager, you are the SPOC (Single Point of Contact) on site for all project participants including the customer. You lead the vehicle testing operation and ensure the on-time, high-quality delivery of all project tasks You will develop and evaluate individual test programs and scenarios for vehicles and their components in close communication with our customers, you determine the routes for testing. You are responsible for the performance of all onsite test drivers, engineers, and technicians, including their training You are responsible for the evaluation of the vehicles and preparation of technical analyses as well as regular reports Furthermore, you instruct and lead on-site personnel on test scenarios, analysis activities, new technology innovations on test vehicles, and any other related work tasks Support Sales Staff with the preparation of quotations, as well as customer visits
