What they need
Job descriptions:
- Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, rumus logika) untuk membuat anggaran, menganalisis biaya operasional, dan melacak inventaris.
- Memonitor dan mengevaluasi proyek secara keseluruhan.
- Mampu melakukan negosiasi, menyeleksi vendor (rekanan bisnis), serta mengevaluasi kontrak kerja sama (Vendor Performance Analysis).
- Memahami cara mengelola inventaris perusahaan, mulai dari pemeliharaan gedung, kendaraan dinas, hingga alat tulis kantor (ATK).
- Mempersiapkan, meninjau, dan memelihara dokumentasi dan laporan proyek.
Job requirements:
Pendidikan S1 any major
Pengalaman di area yang sama min 2 tahun
Bersedia bekerja secara mobile/traveling
Mampu melakukan fungsi kontrol dan evaluasi proyek
Memiliki kemampuan problem solving yang baik
Dapat bekerja dengan team maupun individual
