GA JAPANESE INTERPRETER

📌 JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any major
• JLPT N2 certification is mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Japanese Manufacturing Company
• Previous experience as Japanese Interpreter, GA, HRGA, or related position is preferred
• Experience working with Japanese expatriates/Japanese management is highly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
• Able to handle confidential information professionally

📌 Job Description :

1. General Affairs Administration
2. Coordinate Japanese expatriate work permit and immigration administration.
3. Coordinate GA maintenance activities and ensure proper follow-up.
   4 Ensure GA activities are properly documented and reported.
4. Japanese Interpretation

• Provide Japanese ↔ Bahasa Indonesia interpretation during meetings and business discussions.
• Interpret internal and external meetings, and other business activities.
• Prepare and translate business emails and correspondence between Japanese and Indonesian.
• Translate business documents, reports, announcements, and other materials.
• Prepare meeting minutes and summaries when required.
