GA Mandarin Speaker

• • Translate documents from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa.

  • Act as an interpreter during meetings, site visits, and daily communications between Chinese and Indonesian parties.

  • Assist communication and coordination between Chinese expatriates and local employees.

  • Ensure translation accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of company documents and information.

  • Support management in business communication, negotiations, and daily operational activities.

  • Handle general administrative and office support duties.

  • Assist in coordinating company facilities, employee accommodation, transportation, and other general affairs matters.

  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mandarin Language, Translation, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Fluent in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.

• HSK Level 4 or above is preferred.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Translator, Interpreter, General Affair, or related position. Fresh graduates with excellent Mandarin proficiency are welcome to apply.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Able to perform document translation, meeting interpretation, and daily communication with management teams and employees.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Willing to be assigned to project sites or office locations according to company needs.
