About the role
GA Section Head / Fleet Manager responsible for managing hundreds of operational vehicles distributed across Indonesia, overseeing drivers, handling vehicle documentation, managing workshops and vehicle insurance, and managing office facilities and other General Affairs services.
Key responsibilities
- Manage hundreds of operational vehicles spread across Indonesia
- Arrange and supervise drivers
- Handle vehicle documents (STNK, tax, KIR)
- Manage workshops, partner mechanics, and vehicle insurance
- Manage office facilities and other General Affairs services
About you
- Experience managing fleet of hundreds of units across regions in Indonesia
- Understanding of vehicle documentation, servicing, and vehicle insurance claims
- Experience managing drivers and vendors
- Proficient in Excel and detail-oriented in reporting
- Leadership capability and cost control ability
- Willing to travel outside the city if required
