GA Staff

• Procure & prepare goods and services for office and project employee operational needs (ex: employee housing / mess, office furniture, etc), compare vendors price and quality, and negotiate prices.
• Managing and maintaining office and project mess facilities, including the inventory of company assets (vehicles, housing / mess, office supplies, laptops) and operational needs (clean water, electricity, waste disposal system, cleanliness)
• Coordinate and supervise support team like security, driver, office boy/girl, IT and any other support position from third parties / vendor to including the administration and day-to-day work to ensure smooth day-to-day operational capabilities.
• Arrange supporting accommodation, transportation, and logistics for employee business travel, as well as supporting company events (ex: employee gatherings, top management/head office visit, periodical events like independence day, etc).
• Monitoring waste and environmental management, including waste segregation, recording, storage, and disposal.

Job Specification :

• Minimum Bachelor's degree from any related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as GA (General Affair) / GS (General Services) or equivalent roles. Preferably had experience working at Construction / Mining / EPC Company.
• Able to operate Microsoft Suite to support GA Function (Word, Excel, Power Point) and supporting tools.
• Good command of English language usage is a strong plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skill.
• Agile and responsive team player
• Willing to be placed to our Construction Project (on-site) and rotated to another Project according to commpany dynamic needs.
