About the role

This role involves supervising daily General Affairs operations and team activities, managing company facilities, assets, office supplies, and operational vehicles in a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily General Affairs operations and team activities
• Manage company facilities, assets, office supplies, and operational vehicles
• Coordinate building maintenance, repairs, cleanliness, security, and other facility services
• Manage and monitor vendors, suppliers, and service providers
• Monitor GA expenses and ensure effective budget utilization
• Handle general administration, permits, and coordination with external parties
• Ensure facilities and workplace services comply with company policies and safety standards
• Prepare GA reports and provide solutions for operational issues

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in General Affairs, preferably in a manufacturing company
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of facility, asset, vehicle, vendor, and office administration management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team
