GA Supervisor

• Manage the entire company asset lifecycle, including procurement, registration, distribution, maintenance, and disposal of assets.
• Develop and maintain an accurate and up-to-date company asset inventory database.
• Conduct periodic asset stock opname and ensure consistency between physical assets and system records.
• Monitor the use of company assets to ensure compliance with established procedures and policies.
• Identify damaged, lost, or non-productive assets and propose corrective actions or asset disposal recommendations.
• Prepare monthly asset reports, including asset value, asset condition, and asset management recommendations.
• Ensure all asset-related documents, such as invoices, handover documents, warranties, and legal documents, are properly maintained.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in General Affair or Asset Management.
• Previous experience leading a team is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, stock opname, maintenance, and asset disposal processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and asset management systems.
• Strong analytical, administrative, and reporting skills.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, with good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
