GA SUPERVISOR

About the role

We are seeking a GA Supervisor to join PT Hiro Group Indonesia in North Jakarta. This is a contract position that plays a vital role in overseeing general administrative operations and facility management across our retail operations. As GA Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative functions, maintaining facility standards, and supporting the broader retail management team to deliver an exceptional operational environment for both staff and customers.

What you'll be doing

• Supervising and coordinating general administrative staff and facility management teams
• Overseeing maintenance and cleanliness standards across store facilities to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
• Managing inventory and supplies for office and operational needs, including ordering and stock control
• Scheduling and assigning administrative and facility tasks to team members
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety and security protocols across all premises
• Coordinating with external vendors and service providers for maintenance, repairs and facility services
• Managing budget allocations for general administration and facilities operations
• Reporting on operational metrics and identifying opportunities for process improvements
• Liaising between store management and administrative departments to ensure seamless operations
• Handling administrative documentation, records management and filing systems

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within retail or hospitality environments
• Strong knowledge of general administration and facilities management practices
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and manage teams effectively
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
• Sound understanding of health, safety and security compliance requirements
• Proficiency in using office management software and basic computer applications
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels
• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Experience with budget management and cost control
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing operational needs
