GA Supervisor (Mandarin)

Job Decription:

• Manage all daily office administrative activities, including assigning tasks and preparing work schedules for the administrative team.
• Oversee smooth office operations, inventory management, procurement of office supplies, and maintenance of office facilities.
• Act as a liaison between management and staff to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Handle internal and external correspondence and prepare administrative reports.
• Coordinate meeting arrangements, company events, and receive and assist visiting guests.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in administration or a related field.
• Previous experience as an Administrative Supervisor or in coordinating a small team is highly preferred.
• Experience working for a Chinese-owned company operating in Indonesia is an added advantage.
• Strong ability to manage administrative documents, correspondence, and office inventory.
• Knowledge of employee documentation processes, such as visa and KITAS applications, is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
