The Role

We are looking for a polished, sales oriented Gallery Manager who can engage clients naturally, understand their needs, and convert interest into lasting relationships and sales.

You will manage daily gallery operations, develop relationships with collectors and design professionals, present the collections, follow up on enquiries and generate new business.

This role requires someone who can combine exceptional client service with strong organisation, commercial awareness and an appreciation for art, interiors and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation and presentation of the gallery

• Welcome clients and deliver a professional, attentive gallery experience

• Present carpets, textile artworks and bespoke artworks with confidence

• Manage enquiries, quotations, appointments, orders and client follow up

• Build relationships with collectors, interior designers, architects, hotels and industry partners

• Develop new business through outreach, events and presentations to both interior designers and private clientele.

• Maintain accurate client and sales records using the company CRM

• Coordinate with the Chiang Mai studio, production team and company leadership

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in gallery management, luxury sales, business development, premium retail, interiors or hospitality

• Experience working with high value clients or products

• Excellent spoken and written English

• Professional Thai communication ability

• Polished, articulate and confident with clients

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow through

• Genuine interest in art, textiles, interiors and design

• Able to work independently and take ownership

Existing relationships within Bangkok’s design, architecture, hospitality or luxury sectors would be an advantage.

Position Details

Location: River City Bangkok

Working days: Tuesday to Sunday

Working hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Salary: THB 45,000 to 70,000 per month, depending on experience

Start date: As soon as possible
