Mô tả công việc

• Greet and introduce or exchange information opinion about artwork with guests;
• Close sales and meet monthly individual and team objectives;
• Inventory and merchandise: ensure full merchandise display, be involved with inventory check, restock, and organize;
• Ensure gallery space and personal image are well kept up to set standard;
• Transactions: be responsible for accurately processing cash and card payments;
• Reports: daily, weekly, monthly;
• Business trips and events: ready to be on duty for business trip and event support request;
• Customers: listen and deal empathetically with customer feedback, take and follow special order if any, collect customers’ info for touch base and enrich customer database;
• Report problems to Gallery Manager.
