Game Artist Internship

About the role

We build mobile games for iOS and Android. You'll work alongside our art and engineering team on real production assets that ship, not filler tasks. Expect close feedback and a look at how art actually gets into a game.

Key responsibilities

• Produce 2D assets to an existing art (props, environments, characters, UI elements)
• Create icons, banners, and marketing art for store pages and campaigns
• Prepare and optimise assets for mobile: texture sizes, atlases, naming conventions, file hygiene
• Take feedback in review rounds and iterate quickly

About you

• Currently studying or recently graduated in game art, animation, digital art, or similar
• A portfolio showing strong fundamentals: form, colour, composition
• Comfortable in at least one core tool (Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender, Maya, Substance, Aseprite, Spine)
• Able to match an existing style rather than only your own
• Organised, communicates clearly, meets deadlines
• Nice to have: Hands-on Unity experience: importing assets, prefabs, materials, particle systems, or UI setup
• Nice to have: Understanding of mobile performance limits (poly budgets, draw calls, texture memory)
• Nice to have: Animation, rigging, or VFX exposure
• Nice to have: Personal game projects or game jam work
