Game Console Technician

Duties

• Diagnose hardware and software issues on a variety of game consoles.
• Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components, including controllers, circuit boards, and other console parts.
• Conduct routine maintenance to ensure consoles operate smoothly.
• Test repaired consoles to verify functionality and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service details.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair processes and addressing customer concerns professionally.
• Follow safety protocols when handling electronic components and working in the repair environment.
• Assist with inventory management of parts and tools needed for repairs.

Requirements

• Experience is not required but preferred; willingness to learn and be trained is essential.
• Strong interest in gaming consoles, electronics, or technology is advantageous.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions carefully and work independently or as part of a team.
