Game Creator Support Representative – English & Mandarin

About the Role

We are looking for a Game Creator Support Representative to join our team and provide professional support to game creators and online communities.

In this role, you will assist creators with account-related enquiries, provide accurate information based on established guidelines, and work closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries and account-related issues from game creators.
• Provide clear and professional support based on approved FAQs and process guidelines.
• Manage multiple support requests across different channels.
• Provide support for Discord communities and groups when required.
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation.
• Work closely with internal teams to investigate and resolve creator issues.
• Ensure a professional and positive experience for all creators.
• Perform administrative and coordination tasks related to creator support.
• Work on rotational shifts according to project operating hours.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or support experience.
• Experience in gaming, creator support, UGC, or online community management is preferred.
• ARPG gaming experience and familiarity with gaming terminology are an advantage.
• Experience managing Discord groups or online communities is preferred.
• Good Microsoft Excel and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• English proficiency: B2 level or above.
• Mandarin proficiency: B2 level or above.
• Minimum SPM / High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
