Game Design Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Game Design team to develop and refine game concepts.
• Assist in designing game mechanics, systems, and in-game economies.
• Conduct research on gaming trends, player behavior, and industry developments.
• Analyze gameplay performance and user feedback to improve the player experience.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support smooth project execution.
• Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions.
• Contribute creative ideas and solutions to improve gameplay and engagement.

Requirements

• Strong passion for game design and a creative mindset.
• Basic understanding of game design principles, mechanics, game economy, art styles, and player behavior.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Educational background in Game Design, Game Development, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant academic or personal projects are encouraged to apply.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
