Job Summary:
Join a dynamic game development team to design engaging gameplay mechanics and enhance player experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and maintaining comprehensive Game Design Documents (GDDs).
• Design, refine, and balance game rules, features, and mechanics to enhance gameplay.
• Collaborate with audio designers to align sound elements with gameplay design.
• Support senior designers and developers in creating innovative game concepts.
• Conduct playtesting sessions, gather feedback, and recommend design improvements.
• Maintain clear, structured, and high-quality documentation to support collaboration.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging practices to contribute fresh ideas.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Game Design or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in game design or a related field; relevant internships or personal projects may be considered.
• Strong understanding of game mechanics and game mathematics principles.
• Excellent documentation skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with wireframing and design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or similar platforms
• Knowledge of version control systems is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of game audio design and its impact on player engagement.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Passion for gaming and a strong motivation to learn and grow within the industry.
