Role Summary
We're looking for a Senior Node.js Developer / Team Lead with strong backend expertise and hands-on AI application development experience. iGaming/Casino industry experience is mandatory, along with the ability to lead a team on scalable backend and AI-integrated applications.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Node.js developers across multiple projects
Design, develop and maintain scalable backend applications and microservices
Work on iGaming/Casino platform-based applications and backend systems
Architect and integrate AI-powered solutions using OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar
Review code, enforce best practices, and maintain coding standards
Optimize performance, scalability, and security
Handle project planning, task allocation, and technical decision-making
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and real-time systems
Troubleshoot production issues; research modern backend/AI technologies
Must-Have Skills
Strong expertise in Node.js, Express.js, and backend architecture
Minimum 1+ year hands-on iGaming/Casino industry experience — Mandatory
Hands-on experience with AI APIs and LLM integrations — Mandatory
MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL or similar databases
Microservices architecture and API security
AWS, Docker, CI/CD pipelines
Strong leadership and team management experience
Git and Agile methodologies
Good-to-Have Skills
LangChain, vector databases, AI orchestration tools
WebSockets, Kubernetes, serverless architecture
Prompt engineering and AI workflow optimization
Leadership Responsibilities
Mentor junior/mid-level developers; conduct code reviews
Ensure timely delivery of sprint goals
Manage team productivity and technical escalations
Coordinate with clients/stakeholders on technical discussions
