Duties

• Facilitate and oversee game sessions, ensuring smooth operation and guest participation
• Manage event schedules, coordinate activities, and adapt plans as needed for seamless execution
• Resolve guest conflicts promptly and professionally to maintain a positive atmosphere
• Provide first aid or CPR in emergency situations, adhering to safety protocols at all times
• Assist with setting up and breaking down event venues, including manual handling and heavy lifting when required
• Engage with guests through public speaking, explaining game rules, and encouraging participation
• Process cash transactions using POS systems for ticket sales or merchandise purchases
• Enforce safety procedures diligently, including outdoor work safety protocols and guest safety measures
• Support retail sales of merchandise or event-related items to enhance guest experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of activity areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to deliver hospitality services that exceed guest expectations

Qualifications

• Proven experience in events management or hospitality environments; outdoor work experience is a plus
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively
• Certified in first aid and CPR; lifeguard or rescue training is advantageous
• Experience working with children in educational or recreational settings
• Background in retail sales, food service, or resort environments preferred
• Familiarity with manual handling techniques and safety protocol adherence in active settings
• Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
• Ability to speak confidently in public settings and engage diverse audiences
• Experience using POS systems for cash handling transactions
• Knowledge of theater or public speaking enhances guest interactions and event facilitation skills
