Game Master

Game masters needed! We are currently hiring for someone willing to work 1-2 days a week, primarily on the weekend, but you can get more shifts depending on if other staff has a time off request. May also work more during winter, spring, and summer break.

We are a popular escape room company from Hungary looking for enthusiastic and creative part time Game Masters who have excellent communication and problem solving skills. We have become a staple in the entertainment industry with locations in almost every major city from Los Angeles to New York and are showing no signs of slowing down. • Day Shifts: 2:00 pm - 10:30pm (weekdays) 12:30pm - 8:30pm (weekends)

• Evening Shifts: 3:00pm - 1:00am (weekends)

• Must like working with people.
• Experience in customer service: face to face, over the phone, via email focusing on making customers happy and satisfied.
• Must be confident enough to control a group of adults and teenagers.
• Must be able to be strict but keep it fun! They are here for a good time!
• Be friendly, playful, fun, kind and helpful.
• You must learn all games in every room and escape the rooms with some friends.
• Game masters must keep entire store tidy and clean including office, all game rooms, hallway, sitting area, washrooms.
• Must be handy, good with tools and puzzles.
• Must be on time for your shift.
• Computer skills: fill out feedback on the players, how their game went and their experience in our system.
• Answer emails in a polite and straight forward manner, keep it as simple as possible.
