Job description

Based at our store in Wisconsin Dells, we are seeking Game Master/Hosts to join our team. The successful applicants will become an integral part of our team as we grow this exciting new venue. You’ll report directly to the Venue Assistant Manager. Part-time position available.

Job Description

• Perform activities that facilitate the customer service experience (meeting and greeting customers; customer check in; pre-game service; running/game mastering multiple games at once; interacting with customers; post-game experience).
• Reset games after they have been played
• Perform general tasks around the venue to assist in its operation.
• Upsell games and merchandise to customers
• Deliver an excellent and professional customer service experience to customers
• Maintain safety standards
• Cleaning and sanitizing the area in and around venue to high standards
• Standing for extended periods

• Flexibility for hours worked with weekend availability.
• Must be able to stand, stoop and lift objects up to 20 pounds during a shift.
• Fun and friendly.
• Basic computer operation with the ability to type quickly and accurately.
• Able to multitask; able to manage high pressure situations.
• Good initiative; does tasks that need doing without needing prompting.
• Able to work within a team; a good team player.

Job Types: Part-time

Pay: $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 6 + per week

• 10 hour shift
• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Holidays
• Night shift
• Weekends as needed
