Job Description

Action Wave Games & Events LLC is looking for a Game Operator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for operating and managing gaming and entertainment attractions during events, activations, and daily operations.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling games, entertainment attractions, events, or similar environments and should be comfortable interacting with customers and ensuring smooth and safe game operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor gaming and entertainment equipment during events and activations.
• Ensure games and attractions are functioning properly before and during operations.
• Brief customers on game rules, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Assist customers and provide a positive experience throughout the activity.
• Monitor gameplay and ensure customers follow the applicable rules and safety instructions.
• Handle basic operational issues and report technical problems to the technician or supervisor.
• Conduct basic checks of gaming equipment before and after operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the gaming area.
• Manage customer queues and ensure smooth flow of participants.
• Coordinate with event staff and supervisors during activations.
• Assist with setup and dismantling of games and event equipment when required.
• Report operational issues, incidents, and equipment problems to the supervisor.
• Follow company and venue safety procedures at all times.
• Support the team in delivering smooth and professional event operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous experience in games, events, entertainment, FECs, amusement attractions, or similar industries is preferred.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate gaming and entertainment equipment.
• Basic troubleshooting ability.
• Responsible and attentive while handling customers and equipment.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Family Entertainment Centres (FECs)
• Amusement parks and attractions
• Gaming and entertainment venues
• Sports and recreational activities
• Corporate and public events

will be preferred.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
