Game QA

Highbit Games is looking for an active, sharp, and detail-oriented Game QA to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in mobile game testing, game planning, Firebase, and Data Analytics, with a strong understanding of gameplay and player experience.

Key Responsibilties:

• Assist in designing game mechanics, levels, and gameplay features.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to implement and refine game features.
• Perform manual, exploratory, and regression testing on Android and iOS devices.
• Identify, document, track, and follow up on bugs and gameplay issues.
• Re-test bug fixes and perform regression testing to ensure issue resolution.
• Work with Firebase and Data Analytics to monitor game performance, player behavior, and relevant game metrics.
• Analyze gameplay data and provide insights to improve game quality and player experience.
• Work closely with development, design, and product teams to deliver polished and engaging mobile game experiences.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Game Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• More than 1 year of relevant experience in mobile game testing.
• Hands-on experience with Firebase and Data Analytics is required.
• Good understanding of game mechanics, level design, player psychology, and balancing techniques.
• Good knowledge of mobile QA methodologies, testing processes, and bug-tracking tools.
• Sharp analytical thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Active, proactive, and quick to identify and communicate issues or improvement opportunities.
• Good communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
• Passion for mobile games and delivering high-quality player experiences.
