Game Retail Sales

• Follows Opening and Closing procedures; works independently at general store tasks.
• Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.
• Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items.
• Advises customers by providing information on products.
• Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
• Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing cash, store credit or credit cards.
• Packs customer purchases in bags.
• Records re-orders, customer special orders and requests in order program.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Cleans display cases, shelves, aisles, game room, tables, bathrooms and floors.
• Design and set up advertising signs and displays of merchandise on shelves, counters, or tables to attract customers and promote sales.
• Stock shelves, racks, cases, bins, and tables with new or back stock merchandise.
• Keeps customers informed by notifying them of special events, organized play or demo opportunities.
• Assists and/or runs organized play events (demos, open play and tournaments)
• Uses provided software and tools to run tournaments per manufacturer or store requirements.
• Helps build the gaming communities by portraying a positive attitude about products and events.

Pay: $9.00 - $13.00 per hour
