Job Overview

We are looking for a confident, charismatic, and camera-ready Game Show Presenter to host an engaging and entertaining online game show. The ideal candidate will have previous hosting experience, a polished appearance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to captivate an audience.

We are seeking someone who is naturally engaging, articulate, and comfortable in front of the camera. The successful candidate should be able to create an exciting atmosphere, interact confidently with participants, and deliver an entertaining viewing experience.

Key Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Deliver scripted material naturally while adapting to spontaneous interactions.

2.⁠ ⁠On-Camera Presentation

⁠ ⁠Present confidently and professionally during live or recorded sessions.

⁠ ⁠Maintain a polished, well-groomed, and camera-ready appearance.

⁠ ⁠Demonstrate strong facial expressions, body language, and vocal delivery.

⁠ ⁠Think quickly and respond naturally to unexpected situations during filming.

⁠ ⁠Follow production guidelines and maintain consistency in presentation style.

3.⁠ ⁠Audience Engagement

⁠ ⁠Build rapport with contestants and viewers through engaging conversation and personality.

⁠ ⁠Encourage audience participation and maintain enthusiasm throughout the show.

4.⁠ ⁠Production Collaboration

⁠ ⁠Work closely with the production team to deliver smooth and engaging shows.

⁠ ⁠Follow scripts, schedules, and instructions provided by producers.

⁠ ⁠Participate in rehearsals, briefings, and performance reviews when required.

⁠ ⁠Contribute ideas to improve presentation, audience engagement, and overall show quality.

Qualifications

⁠ ⁠Previous experience as a TV presenter, game show host, event emcee, livestream host, or on-camera personality.

⁠ ⁠Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.

⁠ ⁠Confident, charismatic, and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.

⁠ ⁠Attractive, polished, and professional on-camera presence.

⁠ ⁠Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect naturally with different audiences.

⁠ ⁠Quick-thinking, adaptable, and capable of improvising when necessary.

⁠ ⁠Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

⁠ ⁠A professional attitude and willingness to follow production direction.

Preferred Qualifications

⁠ ⁠Background in broadcasting, acting, media, communications, or performing arts.

Work Environment

⁠ ⁠Fully remote, work-from-home position based in the Philippines.

⁠ ⁠Candidates must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, suitable environment for filming.

⁠ ⁠A good-quality camera, microphone, and appropriate lighting are preferred.

⁠ ⁠Working hours and recording schedules will be coordinated with the production team.

⁠ ⁠Training and guidance on the show’s format and presentation requirements will be provided.

Compensation and Earnings

⁠ ⁠Base Salary: $200 per month.

⁠ ⁠Commission: 80% commission under the company’s agreed commission structure.

⁠ ⁠Target Monthly Earnings: $1,000–$2,000, depending on performance and results.
