About the role

Game Sourcing role focused on identifying and evaluating potential new games for acquisition and distribution, conducting in-depth analysis of game mechanics, player progression, and in-game economies, and assessing the quality and potential success of games through gameplay analysis, player feedback, and market data.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential new games for acquisition and distribution
• Conduct in-depth analysis of game mechanics, player progression, and in-game economies
• Analyze the gaming market and gather data on various interesting games both domestically and internationally
• Assess the quality and potential success of games through gameplay analysis, player feedback, and market data
• Stay updated with current gaming trends, popular games, and player preferences
• Test games for bugs, glitches, and other issues and provide detailed reports
• Compile comprehensive reports that summarize findings, issues, and recommended solutions for the development team
• Present test results, market analysis, and game evaluations to the management team to support decision-making
• Coordinate between various teams both domestically and internationally

About you

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or relevant field
• Experience in gaming or related industry is preferable
• Strong understanding of gameplay mechanics and game cycle principles
• Strong communication skills and knowledge of Mobile and Online game business
• Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office and other online tools as related
• Fast learner and flexible
• Able to communicate effectively in English (Speaking, listening, writing)
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges
