Job Summary

Duties include customer service, operate cash register, front facing and organizing product, importing new inventory, light cleaning. Knowledge about miniatures and/or comics preferred, or willing to learn. We need someone with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Complete all daily tasks, assigned side work, and established goals
• Follow directions, work as part of a team and take initiative (with trained tasks)
• Report daily to Manager(s) and update communication sheet: what was done, important things to know, where things were moved etc.
• Setup and run events, promote events
• Keep work stations clean, clearly label unfinished tasks and prioritize finishing them
• Merchandise assigned sections with weekly section resets
• Assist handling trade-ins and cash buys
• Assist receiving orders. Price items and put away inventory
• Maintain customer/inventory/special order database, weekly inventory
• Constantly learn more about the products Born To Game sells
• Refer any major problems or upset customers to management
• Assist customers in: finding products, give recommendations, game demos, special order item not in stock etc.
• Shows up on time ready and willing to work
• Has some flexibility / availability to cover other people’s shifts in the event someone calls out
• Multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
• Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping floors, dusting and cleaning the bathroom

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older to apply.
• Must be available nights and weekends.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 35.0 per week
