Game Technician

Do you enjoy working with microprocessors, have excellent problem solving and enjoy hands on work while interacting with guests?

Bavarian Inn Lodge is looking for a Game Technician to cover the floor of the game center in a manner that will create an enjoyable experience for our guests. This position will set an example by assisting guests with their game play as well as demonstrating responsibility toward game challenges. In addition to providing great customer service to the guest the Game Technician will be responsible to install, maintain, and repair both mechanical and circuitry issues within the arcade games. Arcade game technicians will rely on manuals and wiring diagrams to maintain and properly diagnose any issues the machines may have.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 18 years-old
• Must have good communication skills both verbally and written.
• Neat appearance, friendly disposition.
• Good multi-tasking skills and the ability to work on gaming boards with precision.
• Quick and efficient problem solving skills.
• Intermediate computer skills; knowledge of computer systems.
• The understanding of micro processing systems.
• An understanding of reset procedure and the use of trouble shooting and malfunction codes.
• Ability to stand, walk at all times, and lift moderate weights continually.
• Ability to talk to guests to promote Bavarian Inn Lodge Fun Center and affiliated locations.
• Ability to communicate with both internal and external guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Ability to successfully multi-task and move from one task to another to assist guests and staff members before task is completed.
