Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Game Zone Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain the smooth functioning of all gaming activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the game zone and gaming activities.
• Lead, supervise, and manage the team effectively.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Monitor game equipment, maintenance, safety, and hygiene.
• Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and shift management.
• Monitor revenue, daily sales, and operational expenses.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Requirements

• Prior experience in managing a game zone, gaming arcade, or entertainment center.
• Proven experience in team management and daily operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to handle operational challenges.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and ensure smooth business operations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
