Gamification Intern

As a Gamification Intern, you will design and develop interactive game mechanics to transform the candidate selection process into an engaging and enjoyable experience. This role combines recruitment assessment concepts with game design principles to creatively measure candidate competencies.

• Gamified Selection Concept Design: Formulate ideas, rules, and evaluation game schemes (such as simulation games, assessment puzzles, or challenge point systems) tailored to candidate competency requirements.

• System Integration & Testing: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition and tech development teams to test and ensure that the gamified selection workflow runs smoothly and accurately measures candidate potential.

• Result Analysis & Evaluation: Monitor the effectiveness of the selection games, collect data on candidate engagement and performance, and compile evaluation reports to optimize the recruitment process.

• Final year student or fresh graduate majoring in Visual Communication Design (DKV) or Information Technology / Computer Science (IT).

• Strong interest in game creativity and a foundational understanding of game design principles.

• Creative, innovative, and capable of translating work assessment parameters into visually appealing or engaging game challenge workflows.

• Good communication skills to coordinate cross-functionally with the HR team and technical developers.

• Willing to work on-site.
