Gaming & TAB Attendant

About the Venue:
Located in the heart of Bankstown, Bankstown Sports Hotel is a busy local venue offering a welcoming atmosphere, bar service, gaming and TAB facilities. We are looking for reliable and experienced team members to join our casual team and support our late-night operations.

About the Role:
We are seeking a Gaming & TAB Attendant, on a casual basis, to join the team at Bankstown Sports Hotel.

This role is suited to someone who is comfortable working late-night closing shifts, enjoys working in a busy hospitality environment and takes pride in delivering great customer service while maintaining strong responsible service and compliance standards.

Shifts will generally commence in the evening and finish in the early hours of the morningwith regular shifts available across Monday to Thursday and/or Sunday.

With increased staffing requirements expected, there will also be opportunities for additional hours for team members with good availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing friendly and professional service to guests across the gaming and TAB areas
• Attending to guests and ensuring a positive experience throughout their visit
• Monitoring and maintaining the gaming floor in line with venue standards
• Processing gaming payouts and handling cash accurately
• Assisting with TAB operations
• Maintaining Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Conduct of Gambling standards
• Completing late-night closing duties and ensuring the venue is clean, organised and ready for the next trading day
• Supporting the wider venue team as required

About You:

• Previous experience in gaming and TAB is highly desirable
• Previous hospitality or bar experience is advantageous
• Current NSW RSA and RCG (essential)
• ARCG is highly desirable, or a willingness to obtain
• Comfortable and confident working late-night closing shifts
• Reliable, punctual and well presented
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good attention to detail, particularly when handling cash and following compliance requirements
• Good availability across Monday to Thursday and/or Sunday
