Position Details

Position: Gaming Associate
Location: Seneca Falls, NY
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time. Flexible availability is required, including evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Do

Monitor Live Card Games
Gaming Associates oversee table games by verifying payouts, calculating bonuses, and ensuring game rules are followed for games such as Ultimate Texas Hold’em and Three-Card Poker.

Deliver Outstanding Customer Service
While this is not a dealer position, you'll work closely with dealers and guests to help create a positive, professional, and enjoyable gaming environment.

Learn and Grow
No prior gaming or casino experience is necessary. We offer comprehensive paid training focused on gaming operations, customer service, and leadership development.

• Professional, dependable, and able to work with integrity
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable performing basic math calculations without a calculator
• Flexible availability, including evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must be able to pass a comprehensive background and credit check
• Team-oriented and committed to working collaboratively toward shared goals
