What to expect:

Customer Service Excellence: Impress our guests with your warm, engaging, and speedy service, turning every visit into a memorable and delightful experience.

Service and Order Handling: Efficiently capture food and drink orders, collaborate with your team to get them to the kitchen or bar, and deliver the goods with speed, all while keeping the energy high and the vibe fun!

Team Collaboration: Work alongside our kitchen crew, bartenders, and all-star colleagues to create a seamless, efficient, and high-energy work environment!

Cleaning Duties: Keep the vibe fresh and sparkling by handling routine cleaning tasks.

Cashier Duties: Handle cash and gaming transactions for players on the gaming floor, including processing payouts and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Create a Safe Entertainment Environment: Identify and assist patrons who may not be having the intended enjoyable experience we aim to provide in our club.

About you:

• Passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring every guest feels valued.
• Thrive in a lively hospitality environment with a can-do attitude.
• Love working with others and always ready to lend a hand to your teammates.
• A high standard of grooming and presentation.
• Currently hold, or willing to obtain an RSA, RSG and Food Safety Certificate.
• Flexible availability, particularly on evenings and weekends.
• Experience within a gaming environment.
