Duties

• Monitor and facilitate casino table game operations, ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards and company policies
• Supervise casino staff, including dealers and support personnel, providing guidance and leadership to maintain high service standards
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including casino cash handling and guest chip exchanges, while maintaining strict security protocols
• Utilize casino player tracking systems (PTS) to monitor guest activity and enhance customer experience
• Address guest inquiries and resolve conflicts promptly with professionalism and tact
• Ensure compliance with all casino operations regulations and safety procedures at all times
• Assist in training new staff members on game procedures, customer service expectations, and regulatory requirements

Skills

• Proven management and supervising experience within a casino or gaming environment
• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and guide team members effectively
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences
• Technical proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and casino management systems
• In-depth knowledge of casino table games operations, including rules, procedures, and regulatory compliance
• Experience with casino cash handling, including chips, tokens, and monetary transactions
• Solid understanding of casino industry standards, including gaming regulations and safety protocols
• Mathematical aptitude for quick calculations related to betting limits, payouts, and chip exchanges
• Ability to manage conflicts efficiently using conflict management techniques
• Familiarity with casino & gaming industry trends and best practices
• Strong numeracy skills essential for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
