Position: Gaming Community & Marketing Executive

Salary: 40,000 - 45,000 THB

Location: T-ONE Building (Connect with BTS Thong lor)

Working Day: Monday - Friday

Type of hiring: Contract 12 months (subject to renew)

Job Description:

• Create content marketing and user acquisition focused content to achieve KPI in promoting in-game events & content.
• Work with creative agencies to create impactful content marketing campaign
• Plan and run contests, and seasonal campaigns that drive community UGC participation
• Build relationships, collect and synthesize player’s feedback with top players, superfans, and community moderators and relay insights to the product team
• Analyze and report campaign performance (impressions, engagement, etc,)
• Liaise with all other departments to understand promotion schedule
• Localize global content to engage local community

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Passion for Gaming: A strong interest in video games or digital entertainment. Able to leverage personal gaming experience and market understanding to create engaging and innovative marketing ideas.
• Creative Mindset: Passionate about marketing and content creation. Up-to-date with digital trends, influencers, online communities, and social media platforms. Basic skills in photo and/or video editing are a plus.
• Execution-Oriented: Ability to plan, manage, and execute multiple projects from start to finish. Comfortable working under pressure and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Strong Communication Skills: Native Thai speaker with good command of English (Chinese is a plus). Strong interpersonal skills, logical thinking, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
