Gaming Manager

We're currently seeking an experienced Gaming Manager to join our vibrant team at The Oxford in Drummoyne.

A restored, old-timey watering hole with TV sports & a beer garden serving classic pub meals.
The historic Oxford Hotel has been a Drummoyne icon for over a century. This Inner West watering hole was built in 1929 due to the increased development of Drummoyne and has grown to be the hub of the local community ever since.
THE OPPORTUNITY

• Oversee gaming operations including leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Drive revenue growth and customer engagement strategies.
• Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance within a dynamic, regulated environment.
• Contribute strategically to venue-wide performance outcomes.

WHO ARE YOU

• Strong gaming or hospitality leadership experience.
• High-level customer service philosophy.
• Proven ability to drive commercial results.
• Experience leading change and improving systems.
• Solid understanding of gaming compliance requirements.
• Current RSA, RCG and ARCG certifications
