About the Role

As the Gaming Manager, you’ll support and assist the Management Team in the day-to-day operations of the venue, with a strong focus on:

• Delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Fostering a positive, engaged, and high-performing team culture
• Managing all aspects of Gaming Room operations, including compliance, promotions, and gaming machine performance
• Leading, training, and developing your team to achieve strong results
• Ensuring all regulatory and responsible gaming requirements are met

About You

• Previous experience in a similar gaming or hospitality leadership role is preferred, but not essential
• You hold a current RSA and RSG (or are willing to obtain them)
• You’re passionate about hospitality, people, and creating memorable guest experiences
• You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoy being hands-on
• You lead by example and bring a positive, can-do attitude to your team
