Gaming Supervisor

About the role

Reporting to the Venue Leadership Team, you'll lead gaming operations on shift and support strong service, compliance and team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support Gaming Attendants on shift
• Deliver a welcoming and professional member experience
• Maintain gaming floor presentation and operating standards
• Support gaming compliance and responsible gambling requirements
• Resolve member enquiries and operational issues confidently
• Assist with loyalty programs, promotions and gaming equipment matters

About you

• Experience as a Gaming Supervisor
• Strong knowledge of gaming operations, compliance and responsible gambling
• Proven ability to lead, coach and motivate a team
• Clear communication, sound judgement and attention to detail
• Confidence using systems and completing shift administration
• Availability across a rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
• Current NSW RSA and ARCG competency cards
• Full Australian working rights
