Gaming Supervisor

Ready to take your career to the next level? The Grand View Hotel is seeking a dynamic and experienced Gaming Supervisor to join our thriving, multi-outlet venue. This role involves delivering high-quality service and overseeing gaming operations, promotions as well as member loyalty.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide exceptional bar and gaming service to patrons.
• Take charge of a busy gaming environment, supervising operations to ensure a smooth and efficient gaming floor.
• Create and maintain relationships with our fantastic guests. Act as the primary point of contact for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring they have a memorable time in our gaming area.
• Deliver excellence in gaming interactive activities and gaming promotions
• Drive membership loyalty and signup initiatives
• Handle cash, EFTPOS, and gaming transactions accurately.
• Ensure all gaming activities meet legal and regulatory standards, maintaining a safe, fair, and secure environment for both staff and guests.
• Liaise with Waymark’s Group Gaming Manager with relation to gaming tech and general operations

What We’re Looking For:

• A proven leader with experience in gaming or hospitality management.
• Current QLD RSA, RSG & CLO (or ability to obtain).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle challenges with professionalism.
• A solid understanding of gaming regulations and financial management in a licensed venue.
• Ability to reconcile and count cash
• A working knowledge of the MAX Gaming system would be beneficial
