What You'll Do

As a Garage Door Technician, you'll deliver exceptional service while helping homeowners keep their garage door systems operating safely and reliably.

You'll:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential garage door systems and openers
• Install new garage doors, operators, and related hardware
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and alignment issues
• Test and adjust safety systems for proper operation
• Recommend repair, replacement, and upgrade options based on each customer's needs
• Build trust with homeowners through honest recommendations and outstanding customer service
• Promote financing options and service memberships when appropriate
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and fully stocked service vehicle
• Complete accurate service documentation, invoices, and work orders
• Participate in ongoing technical training and weekly team meetings

What You'll Bring

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Garage door service experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday
