Location: Alamance County, Durham County, Guilford County, Wake County, Forsyth County, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

• Install garage doors, openers, and related hardware to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Diagnose and repair various garage door issues, including springs, cables, and tracks
• Perform regular maintenance checks and servicing to enhance the lifespan of garage doors and prevent future issues.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their concerns and providing recommendations
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and installations
• Work closely with team members to ensure timely project completion and high-quality service delivery.

Requirements:

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Own reliable transportation (truck w/ bed preferred) and have the ability to buy tools necessary for the job
• Ability to manage time and responsibilities independently
• General liability and automotive insurance (required)
• Ability to operate a smartphone fluidly to text, upload images, and navigate through various vendor apps.
