Garden Labourer

Location: Narre Warren
Pay Rate: $33.05 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday 6:30am to 2:30pm
Start Date: Monday 19th October

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Garden Labourer to join our client's team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, keeping gardens and outdoor areas looking their best, and getting stuck into hands-on work.

This position is for someone who is physically fit, takes pride in their work, and isn't afraid of a bit of hard work. Previous gardening or landscaping experience is advantageous, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important!

Key Responsibilities

• General garden maintenance and upkeep
• Mowing lawns, whipper snipping and edging
• Weeding garden beds and maintaining landscaped areas
• Trimming hedges, shrubs and plants
• Pruning and removing green waste
• Raking leaves and keeping outdoor areas clean and tidy
• Using gardening tools and equipment safely
• Assisting with general labouring duties as required

What We're Looking For

• You must have a white card
• Previous gardening, landscaping or labouring experience is highly regarded
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
• Good awareness of workplace health and safety
• A current driver's licence and reliable transport are advantageous
