GARDENER

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain and grow garden to ensure it meets specific requirements and expectations.
• Work with hand tools and basic machinery such as plant vehicles and small diggers.
• Maintain a clean garden by clearing any litters from the garden and grounds.
• Ensure a safe environment for staff and clients by adhering to safety and health regulations.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Knowledge of plants and basic gardening techniques
• Ability to use gardening tools safely and effectively
• Experience with watering, pruning, and planting
• Attention to detail and care for outdoor spaces
• Physical stamina for outdoor work
• Good interpersonal skills.

Education and Experienece Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of gardening experience.
