Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of greenhouses, gardens, and outdoor spaces.
- Perform daily tasks such as watering, pruning, weeding, fertilizing, and pest control.
- Assist with landscaping projects and new plant installations.
- Monitor plant health and report any issues to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols when handling chemicals or equipment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-2 years of experience in agriculture, horticulture, or related field (freshers welcome).
- B.Sc degree in Agriculture or relevant discipline from a recognized university.
- Strong knowledge of organic farming practices and principles.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
